Part 2 showing lapsed time simulating how water enters my building from the base of the exterior walls and over time rots the wood. This demonstrates how water from rain can penetrate the porous stucco and from the concrete slab the walls rest on needs to be water sealed with flashing and sloped away from the building instead of level. This is the same problem that was documented and reported in 2006 and has continued to occur ever since. Replacing the roof is needed as it has reached the end of its lifespan. But it does not resolve the water intrusion problem for the last 10+ years.
