West Basin’s state-of-the-art Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility is featured on WateReuse Association’s “Global Connections Map,” an interactive site that showcases the various ways water is used and reused across the globe for potable reuse. The map brings innovative water purification projects into focus to open the door to more sustainable management.
West Basin’s seawater intrusion barrier and groundwater replenishment water is a precursor to eventual production of water for direct potable use.
